Services

Fast Production Company operates as a creative media intermediary connecting clients with professional videographers and photographers across Saudi Arabia. All service agreements are confirmed via written scope confirmation before production begins.

Payment Terms

50% deposit on project confirmation. 50% balance on delivery of final files. All prices include Saudi Arabia's 15% VAT unless otherwise stated. Payments via bank transfer or Saudi banking apps.

Revisions

Standard packages include 2 revision rounds on edited content. Additional revisions are available at an agreed rate per round.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full usage rights to all produced content. Raw footage and project files remain the property of Fast Production Company unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Cancellations

Cancellations more than 48 hours before a shoot: 50% deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours: no refund of deposit.

Liability

Fast Production Company's liability is limited to the value of the contracted project. We carry professional indemnity insurance for all productions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
